Review The Secret Adversary

Started reading some classic mysteries and the first I finished was Agatha Christie’s The Secret Adversary. This was a fun read, set right after the first world war. I enjoyed the slang of the time in action and the two protagonists, amateur sleuths, were very entertaining. I am not a big mystery reader so I don’t know how this novel compares with others but I thought it well done, though dated now, which is not particularly surprising given how long ago it was published.
