Website tweaks

Made a few changes to the theme I’m using on this site. Let me know if you like ’em or not.

1. Added a comment count on the main screen so it is easy to see which posts have had activity
2. Posts older than a day or so will have ads appear in them
3. Weekly I’ll rotate a post in on the header. This will be my featured post of the week.
