Markets can be flagged as having reading periods so it is convenient to know which markets can be submitted to at any given moment.

Deadlines and Reading Periods

What does it do?

When submitting stories an indicator shows up letting the user know if a market is not open for submissions. On the dashboard the user can also view a list of upcoming deadlines (markets whose reading periods are going to end soon).

How To Use It

In the Market Dates section of the Details page the user can specify the duration of the next reading period. This information will then appear in the Story Submission Panel and on the Dashboard.
